经Ｂ超显像诊断嗜铬细胞瘤１１例由手术，病理检查证实１０例，诊断符合率９１％，肿瘤的周边回声明亮，深呼吸时右侧肾上腺肿瘤与肝脏非同步移动，为嗜铬细胞瘤的特征性声像图表现。
