目的了解2010-2012年重庆市九龙坡区医疗机构感染及消毒质量情况,为科学指导医疗机构消毒工作,防止医源性感染,提高医疗质量提供科学依据。方法按照中华人民共和国国家标准《医院消毒卫生标准》、卫生部《消毒技术规范》、《一次性使用医疗用品卫生标准》、《血液透析和相关治疗用水》,对室内空气、医护人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒液及无菌器械浸泡液、消毒器械、消毒无菌包、一次性无菌注射器、医用棉签等消毒效果进行采样监测。结果 2010-2012年监测各类医疗机构共123家,监测样品1 793份,合格1 694份,总合格率为94.48%;3年消毒监测合格率分别为93.35%、96.22%和93.78%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=5.49,P>0.05)。区级医院、乡镇和社区医院及个体诊所、民营医院、厂矿医院合格率分别为94.74%、93.31%、94.44%和97.17%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=4.77,P>0.05)。消毒无菌包、注射器、物表、使用中消毒液及无菌器械浸泡液、消毒器械、医务人员手、棉签、室内空气合格率分别为100%、100%、98.48%、97.59%、95.24%、91.44%、84.48%和83.33%,且差异具有统计学意义(χ2=81.19,P<0.01)。结论重庆市九龙坡区各医疗机构消毒质量较高,但各级不平衡,仍需加强消毒监督与管理,进一步提高消毒质量,减少医源性感染的发生。
Objective To understand the infection and disinfection quality of medical institutions in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing from 2010 to 2012 and to provide a scientific basis for scientific guidance on disinfection of medical institutions, preventing iatrogenic infection and improving medical quality. Methods According to the national standard of the People’s Republic of China on hospital disinfection and health, the Ministry of Public Health’s Disinfection Technical Specification, the hygiene standard of disposable medical supplies and the hemodialysis and related treatment water, Surface, the use of disinfectant and sterile equipment soaking liquid, disinfection equipment, sterile sterile package, disposable sterile syringes, medical swabs and other disinfection effects sampling and monitoring. Results A total of 123 medical institutions of various kinds were monitored in 2010-2012, with 1 793 monitoring samples and 1 694 samples qualified. The total pass rate was 94.48%. The pass rates of three-year disinfection monitoring were 93.35%, 96.22% and 93.78% respectively. The differences No statistical significance (χ2 = 5.49, P> 0.05). The pass rates of district-level hospitals, township and community hospitals, individual clinics, private hospitals and factories and mines hospitals were 94.74%, 93.31%, 94.44% and 97.17% respectively, with no significant difference (χ2 = 4.77, P> 0.05). The pass rates of sterilizing aseptic packages, syringes, surface meters, in-use disinfectant and sterile equipment soaking liquid, disinfection equipment, medical staff hands, cotton swabs and indoor air were 100%, 100%, 98.48%, 97.59% and 95.24% , 91.44%, 84.48% and 83.33%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 81.19, P <0.01). Conclusions The quality of disinfection in medical institutions in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing Municipality is rather high. However, at all levels, the disinfection supervision and management still need to be strengthened to further improve the disinfection quality and reduce the occurrence of iatrogenic infections.
