KennedyⅡ类牙列缺损是指牙弓一侧后部牙缺失,远中游离,无天然牙存在。临床上常采取可摘局部义齿的修复方式,但从舒适、美观、咀嚼效能上修复效果欠佳,而且长期佩戴会产生杠杆作用,导致基牙的松动。近年来,随着附着体义齿技术的发展,精密附着体以其舒适美观、固位稳定性好、咀嚼效能高越来越受到患者的欢迎[1]。
Kennedy Ⅱ dentition defect refers to one side of the dental arch missing teeth, distal free, no natural teeth exist. Clinically often take removable partial denture repair, but from the comfort, aesthetics, chewing efficacy of poor repair, and long-term wear will have a leverage effect, leading to the abutment looseness. In recent years, with the development of attachment denture technology, precision attachment is more and more welcomed by patients because of its comfortable appearance, good retention stability and high masticatory efficiency [1].
