收集我国河北省 1 8个天然野生大豆群体 4 61份样本和日本东北部 4 1个天然群体 1 4 4 7份样本 ,调查比较了河北省和日本东北部野生大豆天然群体的百粒重、种皮色、花色和胰蛋白酶抑制剂蛋白电泳形态等性状的表型组成。河北天然群体的 KTI蛋白形态 Tia频率是 85.5% ,Tib频率为 1 4 .5% ;60 %以上的群体是Tia和 Tib混合群体。河北东北部群体都是混合群体 ,白洋淀湖区群体是 Tia单态的。表型多样性值显示河北东北部平原和西南半山区有较高的多样性。日本东北部天然群体 KTI有 96.5% Tia和 3.5% Tib频率 ,2 2 %的群体是 Tia和 Tib混合群体 ,群体形态组成单一 ,形态多样性值低于我国河北省群体
A total of 4 61 samples from 18 natural wild soybean populations in Hebei Province and 1447 samples from 4 1 natural populations in northeastern Japan were collected and compared. One hundred kernel weight and species of wild soybean populations in Hebei Province and northeastern Japan were investigated. Skin color, color and trypsin inhibitor protein electrophoresis morphology and other characteristics of the phenotype. The Tia frequency of KTI protein in Hebei native population was 85.5% and Tib frequency was 14.5%. More than 60% of the population was Tia and Tib mixed population. The populations in northeastern Hebei are all mixed populations and the population in Lake Baiyangdian is Tia monomorphic. The phenotypic diversity values show a high degree of diversity in northeastern plain and southwestern half of Hebei. In the northeastern part of Japan, KTI was 96.5% of Tia and 3.5% of Tib, 22% of them were Tia and Tib mixed populations, with a single population and a lower diversity of morphological diversity than that of Hebei Province in China
