目的了解本地区手足口病的病原体及病毒基因分型,为制定预防和控制肠道病毒感染提供依据。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR方法,用人肠道病毒通用型引物、肠道病毒71型引物、柯萨奇病毒16型引物和柯萨奇病毒A6型引物,对480份手足口病标本进行特异性核酸检测。结果 480份手足口病标本经PCR扩增后,检出阳性标本253份,其中EV71型94份,Cox A16型137份,A6型22份,检出率分别为19.6%、28.5%、4.6%。3岁~4岁儿童发病率最高,为26%;其次为4岁~5岁儿童,发病率为20%。结论本地区手足口病以Cox A16型为主,3岁~5岁儿童发病率较高。
Objective To understand the pathogens and virus genotypes of hand-foot-mouth disease in this area and provide basis for prevention and control of enterovirus infection. Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect 480 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease with specific primers for human enterovirus, enterovirus 71, coxsackievirus 16 and coxsackievirus A6 primers Detection. Results 480 samples of hand, foot and mouth disease were detected by PCR. Among them, there were 253 positive samples, of which 94 were EV71, 137 were Cox A16 and 22 were A6, the detection rates were 19.6%, 28.5% and 4.6% . The highest incidence of children aged 3 to 4 years was 26%, followed by children aged 4 to 5 years with a prevalence of 20%. Conclusion Hand, foot and mouth disease in this area is predominantly Cox type A16 with a high prevalence of children aged 3 to 5 years.
