小城镇的住宅建设近年来呈现快速发展的趋势,但与住宅建筑技术水平低下之间存在一定的矛盾,本文针对加强小城镇住宅建筑技术体系的重要性的而初步探讨,有针对性地提出几点措施,对于提高小城镇住宅建设水平具有一定的借鉴意义。
Housing construction in small towns has shown a trend of rapid development in recent years, but there is some contradiction between the construction technology and the low level of residential construction. In this paper, a preliminary discussion is made on the importance of strengthening the technical system of residential buildings in small towns. Point measures, for improving the level of housing construction in small towns have some reference.
