根据文化部的部署,黑龙江省文管会在3个市级和16个县级馆中,开展了定级试点工作。在全省各级文化行政部门和试点馆的大力支持和积极配合下,试点工作取得了令人满意的效果。这次试点工作大体上可以分为三个阶段。一、准备阶段:今年年初,省文管会研究制定了《黑龙江省市县级图书馆定级试点工作方案》和《图书馆定级标准实施细则》。为了加强对这项工作的领导,还成立了以主管主任刘经宇同志为组长,图书馆处处长王盛茂同志为副组长的图书馆定级试点工作领导小组。
According to the deployment of the Ministry of Culture, Heilongjiang Province Wen Dui Hui in 3 municipal and 16 county-level museum, conducted a pilot grade work. With the vigorous support and active cooperation of the cultural administrations and pilot laboratories at all levels in the province, the pilot project has achieved satisfactory results. The pilot can be divided into three stages in general. First, the preparatory phase: Earlier this year, the provincial cultural management will study and formulate the “Heilongjiang provincial county-level library pilot program of work” and “Library Grading Standards Implementation Rules.” In order to strengthen the leadership over this work, a leading group for the pilot work on the grading of libraries has been set up, with Comrade Liu Jingyu, head of the Commissar, as leader and Comrade Wang Shengmao, head of the library as the deputy head of the library.
