目的:观察双子宫同时放置吉妮宫内节育器的临床效果。方法:将2012年在我站接受节育的1例双子宫妇女人工流产术后立即同时在两个宫腔内各放置吉妮环的妇女作为研究对象。结果:第一次随访月经量稍多,彩超发现环位正常,无明显不适。第3、6、12个月各做彩超一次,环位正常,月经量及周期异常,无腹痛、腰痛症状。第32个月彩超检查,双子宫大小正常,环位正常,双附件无异常。结论:放置宫内节育器是一种安全、经济、简便、长效的避孕方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of simultaneous insertion of Gemini IUD in double uterus. Methods: One women with dual uterine contraception who received birth control in our hospital in 2012 were enrolled in the study. Results: The first follow-up of menstrual flow slightly more, color Doppler ultrasound findings were normal, no obvious discomfort. The 3rd, 6th and 12th months each made a color Doppler ultrasound, normal ring, menstrual flow and cycle abnormalities, no abdominal pain, low back pain symptoms. The first 32 months of color Doppler ultrasound examination, double uterus normal size, normal ring, double attachment no exception. Conclusion: IUD insertion is a safe, economical, simple and effective contraceptive method, which is worthy of clinical application.
