去年以来,广东省抓住省委、省政府工作部门机构改革的机遇,实行处级领导职位全员竞争上岗,优化了干部队伍结构,提高了机关整体素质。1/4的党政重要部门公开选拔一名副职,并结合两项改革,全面推行任前公示制、考察预告制、差额考察制、试用期制等配套改革,在广大干部群众乃至全社会引起了积极的反响,不仅选拔、发现、考察、储备了一大批优秀年轻干部,为建设高素质的干部队伍夯实了基础,而且形成了一种公开平等、竞争择优的用人导向和有利于大批优秀人才脱颖而出的用人环境。
