目的观察益气舒心丸对冠心病(CHD)病人经皮冠状动脉支架植入术(PCI)后左心室舒张功能的影响。方法将符合诊断标准的102例冠心病病人随机分为两组。对照组50例给予西医常规治疗,不加用任何具有益气或活血作用的中药或中成药;治疗组52例在西医治疗基础上加用益气舒心丸10g,每日2次。疗程均为6个月,观察治疗前后气虚证、血瘀证积分及彩色多普勒超声心动图测定左室舒张功能各指标变化。结果治疗组气虚证、血瘀证积分及彩色多普勒超声心动图测定左心室舒张功能较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气舒心丸可明显改善冠心病PCI术后病人气虚血瘀和左室舒张功能,治疗效果较单一常规方法好。
Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Shuxin Pills on left ventricular diastolic function after percutaneous coronary artery stent implantation (PCI) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods A total of 102 patients with coronary heart disease who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 50 cases given conventional Western medicine, without any use of Qi or blood circulation of Chinese medicine or proprietary Chinese medicines; treatment group of 52 cases on the basis of Western medicine plus Yiqi Shuxin Pill 10g, 2 times a day. The course of treatment was 6 months. Changes of left ventricular diastolic function indexes were observed before and after treatment with qi deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome score and color Doppler echocardiography. Results The diastolic function of left ventricle in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of before treatment (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Shuxin Pill can significantly improve the patients with coronary heart disease after Qi deficiency and blood stasis and left ventricular diastolic function, the treatment effect is better than the single routine method.
