目的:分析175例COPD患者痰培养阳性病原菌分布,为临床用药提供依据。方法:对175例COPD患者痰培养阳性病原菌分布进行分析。结果:从呼吸道分离出的致病菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主,其中居前3位的分别为:白假丝酵母、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌,其次是革兰氏阳性球菌和真菌。结论:COPD患者呼吸道感染的主要病原菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主,临床上使用抗生素时应覆盖该病原菌。
Objective: To analyze the distribution of sputum culture positive pathogens in 175 patients with COPD and provide basis for clinical use. Methods: The distribution of sputum culture positive pathogens in 175 COPD patients was analyzed. Results: Gram-negative bacilli were the main pathogens isolated from the respiratory tract. Among them, the top three were Candida albicans, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, followed by Gram’s Positive cocci and fungi. Conclusion: The main pathogens of respiratory tract infection in COPD patients are Gram-negative bacilli. The pathogens should be covered when using antibiotics clinically.
