青年员工培养作为勘察设计企业人才战略的基础工程,决定了企业未来和发展。传统的青年员工培养属于无序培养模式,通过新老员工在项目过程中的“传、帮、带”来实现。本文提出的导师制青年员工培养体系通过为青年员工指定导师,制定有针对性的培养方案,将无序培养转化为有序培养,以提高青年员工培养工作的质量和效率。本文从明确培养对象和培养目标、确定导师职责和选拔标准、制定培养大纲和培养方案三个方面介绍了导师制青年员工培养体系的主要特点。导师制青年员工培养体系在笔者单位已实践应用,效果良好,在勘察设计企业中具有广泛的推广价值。
Young staff training as a survey and design talent strategy of the basic project, determines the future and development of enterprises. Traditional young staff training is a disorderly training model, through the old and new employees in the project process “pass, help, with ” to achieve. The mentoring system for young staff training proposed in this paper, through appointing mentors for young employees, formulates targeted training programs to transform disorganized training into orderly training to improve the quality and efficiency of young staff training. This article introduces the main features of mentoring system of young staff training from the three aspects of training target and training objectives, determining the duty and standard of instructor, setting training outline and training scheme. Tutor system of young staff training system has been applied in the author unit, the effect is good, in survey and design enterprises have a wide range of promotional value.
