第二次世界大战以后,日本经济空前繁荣,日本企业飞速发展,日本企业管理文化也得到了空前发展。日本企业文化经过三者之间的不断整合、碰撞,形成了其独特性。二战后的日本企业吸收了西方社会现代公司的运作模式,改变传统的家族企业,丰富了其内在的企业文化。基于此,从研究日本企业文化的特点出发,从中学习与我国文化共同之处,作为我国企业管理的借鉴。
After World War II, Japan enjoyed an unprecedented economic prosperity, the rapid development of Japanese enterprises and the unprecedented development of Japanese business management culture. Japanese corporate culture through the continuous integration between the three, the collision, forming its uniqueness. Japanese enterprises after World War II absorbed the mode of operation of modern companies in western society, changed their traditional family businesses and enriched their inherent corporate culture. Based on this, starting from the study of the characteristics of Japanese corporate culture, we learn from the commonality with our country’s culture and serve as the reference for our country’s corporate management.
