目的:观察甲基强的松龙在治疗不同时期小儿重症肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)疗效。方法:选自2010年1月-2012年1月该院收治MPP重症患儿30例,随机分两组,治疗组在起病7-10天使用甲基强的松龙,对照组在起病初期5天内使用甲基强的松龙。结果:治疗组总显效率(73.33%)高于对照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组热退时间、罗音消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。咳嗽消失时间两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在起病7-10天使用甲基强的松龙效果优于起病初期使用。
Objective: To observe the effect of methylprednisolone in treating children with severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) at different stages. Methods: From January 2010 to January 2012, 30 infants with severe MPP were admitted to our hospital. Randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was treated with methylprednisolone for 7-10 days and the control group was onset Methylprednisolone is used within the first 5 days. Results: The total effective rate (73.33%) in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (26.67%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the disappearance time of cough (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Methylprednisolone is superior to the onset of onset 7-10 days after onset.
