我是一位女性班组长。都说男人适合做管理工作,但我不服这个气。我相信,女人也一样能做好班组管理的工作。我管理班组就是靠真心,靠爱心,靠付出激发姐妹们的积极性,做实每一件事,带领大家做出一番成绩。在当女班长的日子里,我获得成功,我感觉快乐。树立“彩虹”理念我所在的班组是清一色的女职工,如何带领姐妹们立足岗位,创出一片属于自己的天地,我在心中描绘着“蓝图”。要增强班组凝聚力,首先要赋予这个班组核心与灵魂。结合班组特点和实际,我总结提炼出了“七彩虹”特色班组
