In the recent two decades, it has been an era of great development of Chinese public art in cities. While we are pleased with the success of outstanding urban art, it is undeniable that urban public art gives us a more intuitive feeling of the proliferation of similarities and similar shapes. Just walking through several cities, it is easy to sum up the basic template of several shapes, cloned in the same or different sizes, erected in large cities in the north and south of the river, and even confusion of memories. The concept of public art was introduced about twenty years ago, just to meet the academic problems faced by the development of public space art such as urban sculpture and murals in China at that time. In general, public art covers all the things that people can be artistic in the public space. The purpose is to let people find beauty, feel beauty and accept art in the living environment at any moment. It is to make art go down from the altar To break through the elite, individualized and important ways enjoyed by minorities is an important means of exerting artistic functions.
