前言营养需要量是营养研究的最终目标。笔者出席了1981年在美国圣选戈召开的国际营养学会的需要量委员会会议,得到了世界35个国家的营养需要量表。从本期开始分七次刊登。从下期起,以各国营养需要量中的热量;蛋白质;水溶性维生素;脂溶性维生素;无机盐和微量元素之一;无机机和微量元素之二的顺序,依次加以说明。原文将由联合国大学出版。但非洲、中东和社会主义国家的资料少,所以这些国家的情报,最好能报导一下。日本也预定于1985年筹划制定新的营养需要量,在筹划制定时若能参考本文,将是笔者的荣幸。本期想以国际营养科学联合会的需要量主席Dr.A.Ste-wart Truswell的综述为中心作一介绍。
Introduction Nutritional requirements are the ultimate goal of nutrition research. The author attended a meeting of the International Institute of Nutrition needs meeting held in San Gamble, USA in 1981, and obtained the nutritional needs scale of 35 countries in the world. From the beginning of this issue published seven times. From the next issue, the order of the amount of calories in the nutritional requirements of various countries; protein; water-soluble vitamins; fat-soluble vitamins; inorganic salts and trace elements; inorganic machinery and trace elements in the order of two, will be described. The original text will be published by UNU. However, there is not much information in Africa, the Middle East and the socialist countries, so it is best to report the intelligence in these countries. Japan is also scheduled to plan to formulate new nutritional requirements in 1985, and it will be my privilege for the author to refer to this article when planning the formulation. This issue is intended to give an overview on the overview of Dr. A. Stewart Wustruswell, president of the International Union of Nutritional Sciences.
