目的探讨MRI与CT的图像融合对于靶区勾画的影响。方法 28例颅内肿瘤患者,其中男性12例,女性16例;年龄20~86岁,中位年龄57岁。MRI和CT图像采用自动法进行融合,在CT和融合图像上分别勾画靶区,并比较靶区的区别。结果运用融合图像勾画靶区比单纯CT上勾画更为清晰和准确。三维空间总的融合误差仅为(0.55±0.14)mm,融合精度较高,CT图像上的靶区体积是(28.55±7.23)cm3,融合图像上的靶区体积是(35.83±5.38)cm3。结论 MRI和CT图像融合技术应用于射波刀治疗颅内肿瘤中勾画靶区,能提高靶区勾画的准确性,并且为外科手术治疗提供一定指导意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of image fusion between MRI and CT on the delineation of target area. Methods 28 patients with intracranial tumors, including 12 males and 16 females; aged 20 to 86 years, with a median age of 57 years. MRI and CT images were fused by automatic method, and the target areas were outlined on the CT and fusion images respectively, and the differences between the target areas were compared. Results The use of fused images to outline the target area is more clear and accurate than that of the simple CT. The total fusion error in three-dimensional space was only (0.55 ± 0.14) mm, and the fusion accuracy was high. The volume of the target volume on the CT image was (28.55 ± 7.23) cm3 and the volume of the target volume on the fusion image was (35.83 ± 5.38) cm3. Conclusion The application of MRI and CT image fusion technique in the skull knife imaging of the target area, can improve the accuracy of the target area sketching, and provide some guidance for the surgical treatment.
