团队老化的成因比较复杂,有来自队员自身缺乏“永动力”的因素,更多的是来自外部,来自环境,来自组织。有几点是显而易见的:一是企业没有希望,或者说是员工看不到企业的希望;二是组织缺乏激励机制.干好干坏一个样,想干的和不想干的、会干的和不会干的收入差距没拉开,三是官僚机制制约市场机制,有位子才有车子、有票子,没有位子任你怎样能干只能原地踏步,收入与付出总是不对称。
