目的了解分析石家庄市饮食行业从业人员乙型肝炎(乙肝)基本知识知晓情况,以便有针对性地进行健康教育和采取有效的预防措施。方法采用整群抽样方法,对4100名饮食行业从业人员进行乙肝防治知识问卷调查,对其中4065名HBsAg阴性调查对象进行问卷分析和乙肝表面抗体的检测。结果饮食行业从业人员对乙肝是一种传染病知晓率较高(94.74%),对乙肝不通过饮食传播知晓率较低(23.57%),对乙肝传播途径全部答对的仅占8.51%;乙肝知识知晓率在不同性别、民族之间无差异,不同年龄组及文化程度之间有显著差别。知识来源多为广播电视,网络很少。乙肝表面抗体阳性率为44.01%。结论石家庄市饮食行业从业人员对乙肝知识知晓程度不一,应加强从业人员乙肝健康教育。
Objective To understand and understand the basic knowledge of hepatitis B (hepatitis B) practitioners in the food industry in Shijiazhuang City in order to conduct targeted health education and take effective preventive measures. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to investigate the knowledge of hepatitis B prevention and control among 4,100 employees in the catering industry. 4065 HBsAg negative subjects were analyzed by questionnaire and hepatitis B surface antibody. Results There was a high awareness of hepatitis B infection (94.74%) among workers in the catering industry, a low awareness of non-transmission of hepatitis B through diet (23.57%) and only 8.51% of all hepatitis B transmission routes There was a significant difference in awareness rate between different genders and ethnic groups, between different age groups and educational level. Sources of knowledge mostly radio and television, few networks. The positive rate of HBsAg was 44.01%. Conclusion Practitioners in the food industry in Shijiazhuang City have different knowledge of hepatitis B, and hepatitis B health education among practitioners should be strengthened.
