国家明确要求中部地区加快建设高新技术产业基地,武汉科技实力显著,发展高新技术产业具有明显优势。本文以科学发展观为指导,对武汉高新技术产业发展的基本情况和主要特点进行了系统总结,对武汉发展高新技术产业面临的背景与形势进行了详细分析,对武汉加快发展高新技术产业发展的政策措施进行了深入思考。通过深入调研,提出了以高新技术产业化和传统产业高新技术化为主攻方向的具有武汉特色的高新技术产业发展之路,进一步明确了武汉高新技术产业发展的思路和目标。
The state clearly demanded that the central region accelerate the construction of high-tech industrial bases. The scientific and technological strength of Wuhan is significant and the development of high-tech industries has obvious advantages. This paper, guided by the scientific concept of development, systematically summarizes the basic situation and main features of the development of high-tech industry in Wuhan, analyzes the background and situation faced by the development of high-tech industry in Wuhan, and analyzes the development of high-tech industry in Wuhan Policy measures in-depth thinking.
