目的观察泡沫硬化剂联合手术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效，探讨其可行性和安全性。方法回顾性分析我科2014年5月~8月经手术治疗的205例(330肢)下肢静脉曲张患者，其中于2014年5月~6月收治的105例(170肢)的患者为A组行手术治疗，2014年7月~8月收治的100例(160肢)的患者为B组，行泡沫硬化剂联合手术治疗。根据患者术后下肢疼痛和皮肤感觉异常(麻木)的阳性率对其可行性和安全性进行评价。结果205例患者均成功施行手术，两组治愈率均为100%，B组下肢疼痛和麻木的阳性率均小于A组(<0.05)。结论泡沫硬化剂注射联合手术治疗下肢静脉曲张安全、有效，较单纯手术治疗减少了患者术后疼痛和麻木的发生。“,”Objective This study is determined to observe the clinical curative ef ect of the new application of the combination of foam sclerotherapy with surgery for the treatment of lower extremities varicose veins, and discuss the practicability and safety.Methods 205 cases of lower extremities varicose veins were analysed retrospectively. 105 cases (330 limbs) treated by simple surgery from 2014 May to 2014 August were defined as Group A, while 100 cases (160 limbs ) treated by the combination of foam sclerotherapy with surgery from 2014 June to 2014 August were defined as Group B. The practicability and safety of each group were assessed through postoperational pain and abnormal sense of af ected extremities.Results Al the 205 cases were performed operations successful y. The curative ratio of both groups is 100%. The positive rates of postoperational pain and abnormal sense of af ected extremities of group B are less than group A ( <0.05).Conclusion Foam sclerotherapy combination with surgery for the treatment of lower extremities varicose veins was more safe and ef ective than simple traditional surgery, and obviously reduces the occur ence of postoperational pain and abnormal sense.
