目的：比较冠周炎药膜与碘合剂在治疗急性局限型智齿冠周炎方面的疗效，从而寻找一种疗效好、用药方便的新的药物剂型．方法：根据临床流行病学原理，采用质反应开放型双向序贯试验法，用自制的冠周炎药膜和碘合剂互为对照，局部治疗急性局限型智齿冠周炎．结果：试验证实药膜疗效优于碘合剂，使治愈天数平均缩短到３ｄ．结论：局部用含有有效抗生素的药膜治疗冠周炎是可行的．药膜制作简单，使用方便，便于推广
Objective: To compare the curative effect of periostin film and iodine mixture in the treatment of acute confined wisdom teeth with pericoronitis, so as to find out a new medicine dosage form with good curative effect and convenient medication. Methods: According to the principles of clinical epidemiology, a two-way sequential open test of qualitative reaction was used. The peri-coronary periostin film and iodine mixture were compared with each other, and local treatment of acute confined wisdom pericoronitis. Results: The experiment confirmed that the efficacy of the drug film is better than that of iodine, which shortens the cure days to 3d on average. CONCLUSIONS: Topical treatment of pericoronitis with a medicated film containing effective antibiotics is feasible. Film production simple, easy to use, easy to promote
