社会对技能型人才的渴求,决定了高职教育要培养有较高思想政治素质、道德品质、知识能力的学生。高职教育以专业能力为培养目标,但除专业能力外,人文修养也应提到一个极高的地位。校园文化作为一种特殊的环境和育人氛围,对学生职业能力的培养起着陶冶情操、砥砺德行、磨练意志的作用。校园文化以其较强的渗透力、影响力和教育效力帮助学生提升“人”的修养和品行。
The thirst for skilled personnel in society determines that higher vocational education should train students with higher ideological and political qualities, moral qualities and knowledge capabilities. Higher vocational education aims to cultivate professional abilities. However, in addition to professional competence, humanistic accomplishment should also refer to a very high status. As a special environment and educating atmosphere, campus culture plays an active role in cultivating students’ professional ability, cultivating virtues and tempering their will. Campus culture with its strong penetration, influence and effectiveness of education to help students improve “people ” self-cultivation and conduct.
