５３例慢性肾小球疾病与健康人比，ＯＫＴ３、ＯＫＴ４降低、ＯＫＴ８增高，ＯＫＴ４／ＯＫＴａ比例降低（均Ｐ＜０．０１）。随机分为两组，治疗组西药联合参芪虫草片治疗，对照组单用西药，结果治疗组ＯＫＴａ降低，ＯＫＴ４／ＯＫＴ８比例上升（Ｐ＜０．０１），疗效亦明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。作者认为参芪虫草片有调整Ｔ淋巴细胞比例作用，并提高疗效。
The ratio of OKT3, OKT4, OKT8 increased and OKT4 / OKTa decreased in 53 patients with chronic glomerular disease compared with healthy controls (all P <0.01). The treatment group was treated with western medicine combined with Shenqi Cordyceps, while the control group was treated with western medicine alone. The results showed that the OKTa decreased and the ratio of OKT4 / OKT8 increased (P <0.01), and the therapeutic effect was also significantly higher than that of the control group <0.01). The authors believe that Shenqi Cordyceps tablets have a role in regulating the proportion of T lymphocytes and improve efficacy.
