资料和方法1983年7月至1984年10月15日,我科共收治慢性阻塞性肺病(慢阻肺)呼吸衷竭(呼衰)病人102例,其中合并肺性脑病(肺脑)23例。诊断完全符合1980年第三次全国肺心病会议制订的肺脑诊断和临床分级标准。内科治疗15例肺脑中2例轻型者均治愈;中型3例,治愈1例,余2例因病情恶化退院;10例重型肺
Materials and Methods From July 1983 to October 15, 1984, our department received a total of 102 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) respiratory failure (respiratory failure) in 102 cases, of which 23 cases of pulmonary encephalopathy (pulmonary brain) . Diagnosis in full compliance with the third national pulmonary heart disease conference in 1980 formulated diagnostic and clinical classification of lung brains.
