建立了HPLC-紫外检测器串联蒸发光散射检测器同时测定大鼠尾静脉注射肌萎灵冻干粉后胆汁中的人参皂苷Rg1、Re,淫羊藿苷和朝藿定A、B、C。采用C_(18)色谱柱,乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长220 nm;蒸发光散射检测器检测:漂移管温度80℃,气体压力25 psi。人参皂苷Rg1、Re,淫羊藿苷和朝藿定A、B、C分别在11.64~698.1、8.59~515.4、2.70~323.4、1.53~183.6、1.04~499.2和1.37~878.4μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,提取回收率为89.53~99.54%,日内和日间RSD均小于9.28%,相对误差-9.85%~5.10%。
A HPLC-UV detector was developed for the simultaneous determination of ginsenosides Rg1, Re, icariin and epimedin A, B and C in bile after HPLC-UV detector. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water with a gradient of C_ (18), acetonitrile and water. The detection wavelength was 220 nm. The evaporative light scattering detector was used. The drift tube temperature was 80 ℃ and the gas pressure was 25 psi. Ginsenosides Rg1, Re, icariin and epimedin A, B and C were in the range of 11.64 ~ 698.1, 8.59 ~ 515.4, 2.70 ~ 323.4, 1.53 ~ 183.6, 1.04 ~ 499.2 and 1.37 ~ 878.4μg / ml The linearity was good. The extraction recovery was 89.53% -99.54%. The RSDs were less than 9.28% and the relative error was -9.85% -5.10%.
