1994年1月26日,长春市郊区政府礼堂内,1993年度全区企业发展总结表彰大会正在进行。区领导宣布: “市植物油厂厂长齐麟经营有方,贡献较大,特发承包奖金10万元,并授予其有突出贡献的拔尖人才称号!” 在热烈的掌声中,站在台上的齐麟眼睛却湿润了。他忘不了自己走过的路…… 初露锋芒 新立城镇座落在长春市东南10公里处,是一个美丽富饶的鱼米之乡,可是镇办工业却多年绯徊在零打碎敲的小圈子里。80年代初,从田间毅然走出了年轻的齐麟,这个戴着一副近视眼镜的小胖子决心为家乡的发展描上辉煌的一笔,32岁的他就任了镇办伞厂厂长。
