长治医学院９１～９４级新生ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性结果显示：１９９１年体检４０２人，阳性７人，阳性率１．７４％；１９９２年体检４０２人，阳性８人．阳性率２．１％；１９９３年体检８７５人，检出３２人，阳性率３．７％；９４年体检９５０人，阳性４５人，阳性率４．７％。检查结果表明：（１）ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性率有逐年增加的倾向。（２）阳性者女性多于男性。（３）“三阳性”人数逐年增多。鉴于此，在群体生活中防止乙型肝炎的传播应引起人们的充分注意。
The HBsAg positive results of 91 to 94 freshmen in Changzhi Medical College showed that in 402 medical examinations in 1991, 7 were positive and the positive rate was 1.74%; in 1992, there were 402 medical examinations and 8 positive patients. The positive rate was 2.1%; in 1993, there were 875 physical examinations, 32 were detected, and the positive rate was 3.7%; 94 physical examinations in 1994, 45 positive, and the positive rate was 4.7%. The examination results showed that: (1) The positive rate of HBsAg increased year by year. (2) There are more women than men who are positive. (3) The number of “three positives” has increased year by year. In view of this, the prevention of the spread of hepatitis B in group life should arouse people’s full attention.
