目的:探讨P波离散度(Pd)与扩张型心肌病患者左房增大关系。方法:分别选择25例左房增大和左房不大扩张型心肌病患者行心电图检查。结果:观察组Pd(57.00±14.90)ms,对照组(27.50±11.64)ms,P<0.01;观察组左房内径与Pd相关(r=0.50,P<0.05);Pd=50 ms约登指数最高。结论:左房增大患者Pd增大;随Pd增大,左房内径有增大趋势,Pd为50 ms诊断真实性高。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between P wave dispersion (Pd) and left atrial enlargement in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods: 25 patients with left atrial enlargement and left atrium without dilated cardiomyopathy were selected for electrocardiogram. Results: The Pd (57.00 ± 14.90) ms in the observation group and 27.50 ± 11.64 ms in the control group, P <0.01. The left atrial diameter was significantly correlated with Pd in the observation group (r = 0.50, P < highest. Conclusion: Pd increased in patients with increased left atrium. With the increase of Pd, the diameter of left atrium increased, and the accuracy of Pd was 50 ms.
