经省人民政府同意,现将《湖北省原行业统筹企业基本养老保险并轨方案》印发给你们,请遵照执行。湖北省原行业统筹企业基本养老保险并轨方案为了贯彻落实国务院《关于实行企业职工基本养老保险省级统筹和行业统筹移交地方管理有关问题的通知》(国发[1998]28号文件)的精神,积极稳妥地做好原行业统筹企业移交我省后的管理工作,使之尽快与我省基本养老保险制度顺利衔接,特制定本并轨方案。
With the agreement of the Provincial People’s Government, we hereby issue to you all copies of the “Plan for Merging Basic Basic Old-Age Insurance in Hubei Province for Overall Planning of Enterprises”. Please follow the instructions. In order to implement the spirit of the State Council’s “Notice on Relevant Issues Concerning the Implementation of the Overall Plan for the Basic Pension Insurance for Enterprises and Employees and the Relevant Issues concerning the Overall Management of the Transfer of Industries by Industry” (Guo Fa [1998] No. 28 Document) Actively and steadily do a good job of the original industry co-ordinating enterprises after the handover of management in our province, so as soon as possible with the basic pension insurance system in our province smooth convergence, special formulation of the merger program.
