为了探讨葛根芩连汤水煎液对小鼠肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞(MIMVECs)的影响,试验采用3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2)-2,5-二苯基四氮唑溴盐(MTT)检测葛根芩连汤水煎液对体外培养的MIMVECs增殖的影响。结果表明:当葛根芩连汤水煎液在6.40×10~(-2)~1.00×10~3mg/m L时,抑制MIMVECs增长;在2.56×10~(-3)~1.28×10~(-2)mg/m L时,促进MIMVECs增长。说明葛根芩连汤水煎液在一定浓度下对MIMVECs既有促进增殖又有抑制增殖的作用。
