近年来,银川铁路分局银川客运段党委坚持把党风廉政建设当作一件大事来抓,建立完善党风廉政责任制,积极开展“学习、团结、廉洁、勤政好班子”活动,充分发挥领导班子成员廉洁自律的表率作用,使党风廉政建设取得了明显的成效。1995年以来,他们连续两年被银川铁路分局党委命名为“好班子”、荣获兰州铁路局党委、银川铁路分局党委授予的“党风廉政建设先进集体”称号。他们的经验主要有如下几点。
