目的观察睡眠剥夺应激大鼠心电图的变化规律。方法以改良水环境多平台睡眠剥夺法(MMPM)建立睡眠剥夺模型,设大平台对照组,睡眠剥夺1、3、5、7d组,每组9只雄性Wistar大鼠。分别记录各组心电图,分析大鼠心率和心电图变化情况。结果与对照组比较,睡眠剥夺1d后大鼠心率明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);睡眠剥夺3d后心电图PR间期、T波波幅均明显高于对照组,并随睡眠剥夺时间的延长而增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而睡眠剥夺3d后大鼠心电图QRS间期较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);睡眠剥夺3d后大鼠体重明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论睡眠剥夺导致以心动过缓为主要表现的心电图变化,并可导致心肌缺血样心电图改变。
Objective To observe the changes of electrocardiogram (ECG) in sleep deprivation rats. Methods A sleep deprivation model was established by multi-platform sleep deprivation (MMPM) with improved water environment. A large platform control group and 1, 3, 5 and 7 days sleep deprivation groups were randomly divided into 9 male Wistar rats. The electrocardiogram (ECG) of each group was recorded and the changes of heart rate and electrocardiogram were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the rats’ heart rate decreased significantly after sleep deprivation for 1 day, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the amplitude of PR interval and T wave in ECG were significantly higher than those in control group after sleep deprivation for 3 days, (P <0.05). However, QRS interval of rats after sleep deprivation for 3 days was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05), sleep deprivation for 3 days was larger The body weight of rats decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Sleep deprivation leads to electrocardiographic changes mainly characterized by bradycardia and can lead to myocardial ischemia-like ECG changes.
