近年来硫酸镁被用于呼吸系统疾病,如支气管哮喘、喘息性支气管炎等的治疗,疗效较为显著.为阐明硫酸镁能否改善矽肺病人肺通气功能,于1996年选择了8例肺功能检查有改变的Ⅰ期矽肺患者进行硫酸镁治疗,结果报告如下:1 对象与方法1.1 研究对象为肺功能检查和X线胸片确诊的矽肺Ⅰ期患者8例,均为男性,平均年龄53±4.36岁.治疗前1周停用各种支气管扩张剂.
