蓬莱市2006-2007年道路交通伤害流行病学分析

目的 分析2006-2007年山东省蓬莱市道路交通伤害流行特征,为当地制定预防和控制道路交通伤害提供依据.方法 以2006-2007年蓬莱市居民死亡登记系统的交通事故导致死亡资料和2008年蓬莱市居民道路交通伤害抽样调查资料为基础,计算率、构成等指标.结果 2006-2007道路交通事故导致309人死亡,死亡率为34.72/10万,男性是女性的4.47倍,主要集中在15~59岁,骑乘摩托车人员死亡最多;非致死性交通伤害约为5 017人次,发生率为0.56%,男性为女性的2.17倍,主要发生在15~59岁,驾乘两轮摩托车发生伤害人次数最多,主要分布在3月、8月和10月及上午的8点和10点;2006-2007年蓬莱市道路交通事故导致约5 325.82人次受伤或死亡,发生率为0.60%;男性伤害发生率高于女性;15~59岁年龄段的劳动力人口伤害发生率最高;伤害受伤人数是伤害死亡人数的16.24倍;骑乘摩托车人员伤害发生最多,且受伤者大多为驾驶者.结论 蓬莱市道路交通事故中驾乘摩托车发生伤害较多,应有针对性的制定相关措施,针对摩托车的交通安全应是一个重点.“,”Objective To describe the prevalence of road traffic injury(RTI) in Penglal city and to provide evidence for road traffic injury prevention. Methods Based on the death caused by traffic accidents from death register in Penglai city during 2006 -2007 and the data of a sampling investigation on RTI in 2008, the incidence, propotion of RTI were calcu-lated with Excel tool. Results During 2006 -2007, the deaths caused by traffic accidents were 309 with a mortality of 34.72/100000. The mortality in the males was 4.47 times of that in the females. The most of the deaths occured among the group of 15 -59 years old. The motorcyclists were the most among the deaths. There were 5017 person-times non-fatal inju-ries and the incidence rate was 0.56%. The incidence in the male was 2.17 times higher than that of in the female. The non-fatal injuries happened mainly among the group of 15-59 years old. The injury cases caused by two-wheel motorcycle were the most. The non-fatal injuries happened frequently in March,August and October,and at 8:00 am and 10:00 am in a day. There were 5325 injuries caused by road traffic accidents during 2006 - 2007, and the incidence rate was 0.60%. The inci-dence was higher for male than for female. The incidence was the highest for males aged 15 -59. The incidence of non-fatal injury was 16.24 times higher than that of fatal injury. Motorcycle riders were among the the most of the wounded. Conclu-sion Motorcycle accident is the most frequent cause of road traffic injury in Penglal city. Local government should strengthen the management on traffic safety, and the priority should be given to mototcycle administration.
