物权变动是指物权的发生、转移、变更和消灭,而在此过程中,复杂的法律关系往往会牵涉其中,尤其以不动产的物权变动最为明显。物权变动与当事人的利益息息相关,而且还会涉及到第三人的利益。因此,为了使物权变动的安全性和高效性得到保障,需要制定合理的物权制度,并使之不断完善。作为中国司法制度的一个重要组成部分,公证制度对私权的创设和维护具有不可替代的作用。所以,本文将通过物权变动的视野,来对公证制度做一探讨。
