20世纪80年代后期鼻病毒学研究取得了重大进展,病毒生命周期中的几个重要事件都基本清晰,并由此产生了许多抗鼻病毒药物作用的分子靶标。鼻病毒蛋白1(VP1)是一种相对保守的衣壳蛋白,它介导病毒的吸附/脱壳过程,是抗鼻病毒药物设计的理想靶标。近年来,针对VP1的抗鼻病毒药物研究非常活跃,新的抑制剂不断出现,分别处于活性测试、Ⅰ~Ⅳ期临床试验阶段。本文综述了作用于VP1的抗鼻病毒药物的研究进展。
Significant progress has been made in rhinovirus research in the late 1980s. Several important events in the life cycle of the virus have been basically clear, and many molecular targets for rhinovirus drugs have been produced. Rhinovirus protein 1 (VP1) is a relatively conserved capsid protein that mediates the process of virus adsorption / dehulization and is an ideal target for rhinovirus drug design. In recent years, the research on VP1 anti-rhinovirus has been very active, and new inhibitors appear continuously, which are in the phase of activity test and stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅳ respectively. This review summarizes the research progress of anti-rhinovirus drugs acting on VP1.
