根据茶叶清洁化生产的技术要求,对贵州发展全程清洁化生产进行了思考:一是发展清洁化茶叶生产基地;二是发展清洁化茶叶加工;三是发展清洁化茶叶包装;四是做好茶叶清洁贮运与营销。全程清洁化生产涵盖了产前、产中、产后的全过程,只有在抓住了茶叶的产地环境、生产过程、贮运流通等诸多关键环节,优化和营造良好的茶叶加工内外环境,引进先进设备,集成和组装精细的加工技术与包装技术,才能逐步实现名优茶全程清洁化生产。
