全国记协与山东省记协联合召开的报纸、广播、电视怎样正确开展批评座谈会于一九八四年八月三日至八日在济南举行。中央和全国各省(市)、自治区新闻单位的代表共九十多人出席座谈会。全国记协主席团成员,中宣部新闻局局长钟沛璋作了题为《为恢复和发扬批评与自我批评的光荣传统而努力》的报告。与会代表认为,党的十一届三中全会以来,是建国以后新闻报道工作的最好时期之一。党的实事求是的思想路线的确立,党内民主生活的逐步正常,国家民主制度的逐步健全,为开展批评报道创造了有利条件。中央和地方报纸、广播、电视工作
Newspapers, radio and television co-convened by the National Association of Record Writers and the Shandong Provincial Association for Journalism held a symposium on how to correctly criticize the forum held in Jinan from August 3 to August 8, 1984. A total of more than 90 representatives from the central and ministries and commissions of various provinces (cities) and autonomous regions attended the symposium. Zhong Peizhang, member of the Bureau of the National Association of Record Workers and director of the Information Department of the Central Propaganda Department, delivered a speech titled “Efforts to Restore and Develop the Glorious Tradition of Criticism and Self-criticism.” The participants believed that since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, it has been one of the best times for news reporting after the founding of the People’s Republic. The ideological line of seeking truth from facts, the gradual normalization of the democratic life within the party, and the gradual improvement of the national democratic system have created favorable conditions for carrying out criticism and reporting.
