由鲜葡萄晾成葡萄干,一般需经45天到60天,若采用快速制干方法,10—15天即可晾成碧绿的葡萄干(无褐变),这种方法简便易行。成本低、效益高;还可解决晚熟不能制干的问题。如鄯善县的白家干,晚熟品种以及汉屯地区的无核白采收早了含糖量不够,采收晚了当年不能晾成干,尤其是晾干挂齿时剩下的零星颗粒经处理可以制成综色的葡萄干,采用快速制干无形中提高了产量和质量,同时可以提早上市、提高经济效益,1986年在鄯善县处理了965500斤鲜葡萄收到良好效果。
