本文采用模拟海水腐蚀试验以及极化曲线、交流阻抗测试的方法,研究了表面锈层对A3钢在海水中腐蚀电化学行为的影响。结果表明,锈层促进了阴极过程,抑制了阳极过程,但阴极过程仍为控制过程。锈层将促进基体的腐蚀,其程度依全浸区、潮差区、飞溅区的顺序增加。另外,由于界面锈层的存在,基体电极的界面电容(C_d)急剧增加。
In this paper, the effects of surface rust layer on the corrosion electrochemical behavior of A3 steel in seawater were studied by simulated seawater corrosion test, polarization curve and AC impedance test. The results show that the rust layer promotes the cathode process and inhibits the anode process, but the cathode process is still the control process. Rust layer will promote the corrosion of the substrate, according to the degree of all-immersion zone, tidal range, splash zone order increase. In addition, the interfacial capacitance (C_d) of the base electrode sharply increases due to the interface rust layer.
