幸幅人民公社第五生产大队,共有结果果树2,101亩,其中苹果占98%,均生产在瘠薄的砂地上。解放前,栽培管理差,树势衰弱,产量极低。解放后,产量逐年提高,特别是1958年,在党的领导下,社员们通过全民整风和社会主义思想教育,社会主义觉悟大大地提高了,干劲冲天,战胜了数十年未有的干旱,使1958年的产量突破了原有的跃进指标,总产量达到785万斤,比1957年增产60%,超过了最近两年产量的总和。其中亩产万斤的有43亩,15,395斤的有3亩,15,954斤的1亩,最高的一亩产量达到18,231,6斤。兹将高产园基本情况及技术措施介绍如下:
