一、概述当今是知识经济的时代,“知识化”和“学习化”将成为新的世纪的主要特征。在迎接知识经济的挑战和激烈的国际竞争中,教育已经成为先导性的、全局性的、基础性的知识产业,当代教育工作的重心不再是教给学习者固定的知识,而是转向塑造学习者新型的自由人格,教会学习者如何学习。
