应用双波长系数倍率法测定复方磺胺甲唑片中的磺胺甲唑和甲氧苄啶，结果准确可靠。平均回收率分别为９９．８％和９９．７％，ＲＳＤ分别为０．３８％和０．４７％。
The determination of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim in compound sulfamethoxazole tablets with double wavelength coefficient ratio method was accurate and reliable. The average recoveries were 99.8% and 99.7%, respectively, with RSDs of 0.38% and 0.47%, respectively.
