医疗服务业是典型的公共服务部门,与公众的切身利益密切相关。但近几年,医院核心医护人员工作效率低下、跳槽、离职、弃医等现象频繁出现。因此,如何吸引和留住医疗行业的核心人力资源,使他们在组织中能够乐业和敬业,进而提高公共服务水平已成为一个亟待研究的课题。本文采用问卷调查法对沈阳市Z医院的78名核心医护人员的工作满意度进行了抽样调查,指出影响核心医护人员工作满意的因素中更重要是软性的发展性因素,而物质化的因素在导致不满意的因素中作用较大。文中提出应关注中间状态的员工满意度;关注护理人员的满意需要;关注“发展”等非物质因素的作用。
Medical service industry is a typical public service department, which is closely related to the public’s vital interests. However, in recent years, the hospital’s core medical staff inefficient work, job-hopping, separation, abandon the doctor and other phenomena occur frequently. Therefore, how to attract and retain the core human resources in the medical industry so that they can enjoy their work and dedication in the organization and then improve the level of public services has become a subject that needs urgent study. In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the job satisfaction of 78 core medical staff in Z Hospital of Shenyang City. It is pointed out that the more important factors that affect the work satisfaction of core medical staff are the soft development factors, and the materialization factors In the cause of the factors that are not satisfied with the larger. In the article, we should pay attention to the employee satisfaction in the middle state, pay attention to the satisfaction needs of nursing staff, and pay attention to the non-material factors such as “development ”.
