本文建立了衡量管理效益的数学模型 ,提出了“管理效益 =有效推动力×有效推动量”数学公式 ,同时建立了与这一数学模型配套的两级参数系统 ,将影响一般管理效益的众多因素纳入到这一参数系统中。运用这一模型 ,可以在理论上对管理效益进行半定量化的研究 ,对不同的管理过程进行效益的比较和评价。
In this paper, we set up a mathematical model to measure management efficiency, put forward a mathematical formula of “management benefit = effective driving force × effective driving quantity”, and establish a two-level parameter system that is matched with this mathematical model. Many factors that affect general management benefit Included in this parameter system. Using this model, we can theoretically manage the benefits of semi-quantitative research, the benefits of different management processes for comparison and evaluation.
