8006系统是齐纳二极管长期稳定性自动测试系统。它包括程控激励源、100路扫描开关、DS-16数字电压表、程序控制器、CK-160B型高速纸带穿孔机、7805型打印机等六个部件(还可以带CRT 显示终端),由IEC-IB标准接口母线组建。该系统每次按预定时间自动开机巡检一百支齐纳二极管,每支管子测三次。测试数据由CRT和数字字符LED显示器实时显示,并由打印机和穿孔机自动记录。测试精度≤0.003％,分辨力1μV。整个系统框图如图1所示。 8006控制器担负整个系统的指挥和管理功
The 8006 system is a Zener diode long-term stability automatic test system. It includes program-controlled excitation source, 100 scan switches, DS-16 digital voltmeter, program controller, CK-160B high-speed tape punch, 7805 printer and other six components (also with CRT display terminal) -IB standard interface bus formation. The system automatically turns on the scheduled inspection time for 100 Zener diodes, each measuring three times. The test data is displayed in real time by the CRT and numeric character LED displays and automatically recorded by the printer and piercer. Test accuracy ≤ 0.003%, resolution 1μV.
