目的通过调查唐山市放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率和微核率,了解放射防护工作情况。方法对2010、2012、2014年唐山市放射工作人员职业健康检查结果中染色体和微核率进行分析,采用外周血淋巴细胞常规培养法,利用χ~2检验分别对放射工作人员进行染色体畸变与微核率的统计学分析。结果 2010—2014年放射工作人员染色体畸变率和微核率的年度间差异均有统计学意义;医学应用组微核异常率,染色体畸变率最高;工龄10~<20 a组和>20 a组放射工作人员微核异常率高于<10 a组。结论小剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员的遗传物质有一定损伤,但这种损伤逐年下降。医学应用组和中高放射工龄人员是防护的重点人群。
Objective To investigate the radiation protection work by investigating the chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes in radiation workers in Tangshan City. Methods Chromosome and micronucleus rate were analyzed in occupational health examination results of radiation workers in Tangshan City in 2010, 2012 and 2014. Chromosome aberrations and microelements of radiation workers were analyzed by χ ~ 2 test using routine culture method of peripheral blood lymphocytes. Statistical analysis of nuclear rates. Results There were significant differences in annual rates of chromosome aberration and micronucleus among radiation workers between 2010 and 2014. The rates of micronuclei abnormalities and chromosome aberrations in medical application group were the highest among the 10 to 20 years and 20 years group Radiation staff micronucleus anomalies were higher than <10 a group. Conclusion Small doses of ionizing radiation have some damage to the genetic material of radiation workers, but this kind of damage declines year by year. Medical application group and middle and high radiation senior staff are the key population protection.
