[目的]探索磷素对不同大豆品种籽粒维生素E含量的影响,寻找不同基因型大豆品种的最佳施磷水平,以期提高大豆籽粒维生素E的含量,改善其品质。[方法]选用黑农48(高蛋白品种)、黑农37(中间型品种)、黑农44(高油品种)3个大豆品种作为试验材料,采用盆栽,在每千克土壤施N和K2O各为0.033g基础上,设4个施磷处理,即每千克土壤分别施0(P1)、0.033(P2)、0.067(P3)、0.100(P4)gP2O5,最后采用高效液相色谱法测定不同大豆品种籽粒总维生素E的含量。[结果]同一品种大豆P3处理下其籽粒总维生素E含量显著高于P1、P2、P4处理,黑农37、黑农44、黑农483个品种大豆P3处理籽粒总维生素E含量分别比对照组增加11.96%、16.55%、14.02%;在P2处理下,3个品种中的黑农37籽粒维生素E含量最高;在12个处理组合中黑农44的P3处理总维生素E含量最高,3个大豆品种维生素E含量在品种间和施磷处理间差异显著。[结论]试验中施磷对3个大豆品种的维生素E含量有影响,适宜的施磷量有利于提高大豆籽粒的维生素E含量。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the effect of phosphorus on the content of vitamin E in different soybean varieties and find the best phosphorus application level for different soybean genotypes, in order to increase the content of vitamin E in soybean seed and improve its quality. [Method] Three soybean cultivars, Heinong 48 (high protein variety), Heinong 37 (intermediate variety) and Heinong 44 (high oil variety), were selected as test materials. Potted plants were used to apply N and K2O (P), 0.033 (P 2), 0.067 (P 3) and 0.100 (P 4) g P 2 O 5 per kilogram of soil, respectively, based on 0.033 g of phosphorus. Finally, different soybean samples were determined by high performance liquid chromatography Variety total grain vitamin E content. [Result] Compared with P1, P2 and P4 treatments, the total vitamin E content of the same variety of soybean P3 was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The content of total vitamin E in the seeds of Heinong 37, Heinong 44, Increased by 11.96%, 16.55% and 14.02% respectively. Under P2 treatment, the content of vitamin E in Heinong 37 was the highest among three cultivars. The content of total vitamin E in Heinong 44 was the highest in 12 treatments, Variety of vitamin E content between the varieties and phosphorus treatment significantly different. [Conclusion] The application of phosphorus had effect on the vitamin E content of three soybean varieties. Appropriate phosphorus application was beneficial to increase the vitamin E content of soybean grain.
